Buckingham Palace Takes Action On Meghan Markle's SURROGATE GATE

However, with the release of Meghan's glowing PR feature in Hello! magazine, we are presented with several baffling inconsistencies that further complicate her already debated narrative. Among these claims is the account of a miscarriage, surrounded by a perplexing set of circumstances. The details are so bizarre that one might feel as though they are reading the script of a daytime soap opera rather than real-life events.

According to Meghan’s close friend, Abigail Spencer, the miscarriage occurred on the day Meghan and Prince Harry moved into their opulent Montecito mansion. Spencer recalls Meghan, visibly in pain and holding Archie, collapsing dramatically on the driveway—a scene that certainly evokes sympathy. However, Meghan’s own version of the event, as published in The New York Times, differs significantly. In that account, she describes being indoors, cradling Archie, when the miscarriage happened. It was the morning after their move, and Meghan claimed to be attending to household tasks. These contradictory versions—whether the miscarriage took place indoors or outdoors, in the middle of errands or while cuddling her child—raise serious questions about the accuracy of the story.

In the Netflix documentary, Spencer is brought to tears as she recalls her helplessness during the ordeal, claiming she was not allowed to discuss Meghan’s situation with anyone. Yet, despite feeling powerless, she was somehow the one Meghan called in the moment of crisis. The drama of the scene—complete with a sudden collapse on the driveway—seems tailor-made for a melodramatic retelling. One might even question whether this level of theatrics is necessary in such a sensitive story.

Meghan’s own description of the miscarriage is equally vivid, though laden with strange details. She mentions humming a lullaby to calm both herself and Archie during the ordeal, which seems like an unusual response to a medical emergency. Furthermore, while Meghan claimed she fell to the floor inside her home, Spencer’s recollection was of Meghan collapsing outside. This discrepancy is far from minor—most people would clearly remember whether they were indoors or outdoors during such a traumatic event.

Adding to the oddness of the situation is Meghan’s mention of a crayon. She describes finding a crayon left behind by movers, presumably for baby Archie to use. This detail is odd for several reasons, the most glaring being that babies as young as Archie at that time do not use crayons. Moreover, the idea of stumbling upon a crayon the morning after moving into a sprawling 16-bathroom mansion seems almost comically absurd. One might wonder if Meghan, in the chaos of unpacking, simply got lost in the house and let her imagination run wild.

In another twist, Meghan recently claimed that the miscarriage was caused by the stress of her ongoing lawsuit against The Daily Mail. While it’s understandable that legal battles can be stressful, it seems convenient that Meghan links this stress to the miscarriage, especially since she initiated the lawsuit herself. Given the vast support network Meghan and Harry reportedly have—nannies, chefs, cleaners—the idea that this self-imposed legal burden led to such a tragic outcome feels, at the very least, questionable.

The story takes another surreal turn with Harry’s claim that he buried the remains of their lost child under a banyan tree with his bare hands. Meghan was reportedly only a few weeks along, which raises the uncomfortable question of what exactly was buried. This detail, like many others in their narrative, feels staged, adding to the skepticism that surrounds their public personas. While miscarriages are undoubtedly tragic and deserve compassion and respect, the inconsistencies and dramatics in this particular story make it difficult for some to believe.

Meghan and Harry have become accustomed to airing their personal dramas on a very public stage, but the more their stories are scrutinized, the more contrived they seem. Their accounts, riddled with contradictions, increasingly resemble the plot of a poorly scripted reality show. And with so much left unclear, some argue that it’s high time the mystery surrounding these inconsistencies—like the surrogate rumors—are finally put to rest.
