 Angus Cloud is originally from Oakland, California and was born on July 10, 1998. After graduating from high school, he attended the Oakland School for the Arts, the same performing arts institution that the co-star and executive producer of Euphoria, Zendaya. This before being a Disney Channel star.

Although the actor specialized in theater, he had no ambitions to pose in front of the cameras, he was interested in the construction of the set and the production of plays.

However, in 2018, when he was walking through the streets of Manhattan, a casting agent stopped him and asked him to audition for the HBO series. In fact, according to Mor.bo reports, he believed it was all a hoax.

“I never saw that script. No one ever told me," Angus Cloud said. "I think Jacob Elordi told me one day, when we were shooting the pilot, and he was like, 'Oh yeah, didn't you know? Your character is (mimicking someone shooting themselves in the head)'. And yes, it never ended up happening. I think they liked what I did and that's why they decided to keep me alive and let me rock. I don't know how he was going to die, but I hope he was like a G (angster)."
