1- Veer-Zaara (2004)

2- A love against all odds (1997)
One of the smash hits of the tandem Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol. A love against all odds lives up to its title and tells us the story of two young Hindus who live in the United Kingdom, meet on a vacation trip through Europe and fall in love, but as expected, she has already been promised to another man. This film is considered one of the best twenty-five Bollywood films and its broadcast has broken all records by spending 600 weeks in continuous exhibition in a Mumbai cinema.
3- Lagaan, once upon a time in India (2001)
One of the most awarded films on this list, a film that is enjoyed from start to finish with the audience and that makes you vibrate in your seats with its somewhat bizarre mix of romance, epic story, drama and non-stop musical numbers. Not to mention the staggering number of extras that were involved in its production. Set in central India in the year 1893, it tells the story of a revolt against injustice to which a town is subjected by a cruel captain of the British garrison.
4- Guzaarish (2010)
Now that Me before you is about to be released, we have time to enjoy a story with common elements like Guzaarish: a story of love and sacrifice of a woman for a paraplegic man, a magician who has been bedridden for fourteen years because of an accident but who nevertheless leads a full life full of meaning and adventure. A magical and different film starring the famous Aishwarya Rai.
5- Devdas (2002)
It is based on the novel of the same name by Bengali writer Sharat Chandra Chattopadhyay, directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and starring Aishwarya Rai and Madhuri Dixit. A true classic of Indian cinema and according to what is said, the most expensive film in the industry and also one with one of the best B.S.O. Set in 1900, it tells the love story of Devdas Mukherjee and Parvati, friends since childhood, but separated by his studies and his families. Clichés, yes, but guaranteed fun.
