The 43-year-old Brazilian actress is a confirmed presence in the cast of 'Deadpool 3', scheduled for release in November 2024
Brazilian actress Morena Baccarin revealed that the filming of the scenes with actor Ryan Reynolds in 'Deadpool' (2016) lasted two days. She also said that she doesn't have good memories of the experience. Still present in 'Deadpool 2' (2018) and confirmed presence in the cast of the third film in the franchise, scheduled for release in 2024, the 43-year-old artist addressed the subject in an interview with the magazine.
In the franchise with Reynolds in the role of Marvel's talkative mutant, Baccarin gives life to Vanessa, the great love of the hero's life. The S- sequence in the 2016 film sees the two having S- throughout a series of holidays - such as Christmas, New Year, and Valentine's Day.
"It was really fun [to participate in 'Deadpool'], minus the two days of [filming the] scenes", said the Brazilian actress. “It was two days of recording to shoot the scenes because it was the two of us making love for a whole year. So it was every holiday and we dressed differently for each one.”
She later complained about the sequences that ended up out of the film, cut in the editing room: "I feel like the part that was left out. My point is, that was enough S-. As if no one needs to see more than that. that was already in the movie".
The scenes of Reynolds and Morena also bothered actress Blake Lively, wife of the protagonist of 'Deadpool' since 2012 and currently pregnant with their fourth daughter. In an interview with the host Jimmy Fallon's program, she said she was forced to see the scene next to one of her daughters during a plane trip.
"It's kind of torture these days because I'm on a plane and everywhere I look, there's my husband in a scene with another woman - because everybody wants to watch 'Deadpool' on a plane," she said. "It's lonely, it's a cruel and unusual form of torture."
Directed by filmmaker Shawn Levy, ‘Deadpool 3’ will also feature in its cast the presence of actor Hugh Jackman in the role of the hero Wolverine. The film is set for release on November 8, 2024.
