Ryan Reynolds mocks Blake Lively in the 'Deadpool 2'

The actor manages to sneak several references to one of the actress's films in the trailer for her blockbuster.

Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively had limited themselves to fighting on social networks, either with comments on Instagram posts or with broken photos. But Reynolds has taken their battle royale to the next level by making a tremendous taunt against his wife in the new trailer for his movie Deadpool 2.

"Doing justice is bad, and to fight for the cause, sometimes you have to play dirty," says the character Deadpool in the narration of the trailer for the superhero movie.

One For All is a 2005 romantic comedy starring Blake Lively, Alexis Bledel, America Ferrara, and Amber Tamblyn in which they play four friends who discover a pair of jeans that look extremely good on all of them despite having different bodies. That is why they decide to exchange pants for a week each during the summer, which they will spend separately and in different parts of the world.

The film is only Lively's second, according to her IMDb page, and the first truly commercial in the early days of her Hollywood adventure. In fact, Gossip Girl wouldn't be released until 2007, so Lively was barely known when One For All hit theaters and a bit more when the sequel to One For All landed in theaters in 2008.

In the Deadpool 2 trailer, Reynolds seems to refer back to the film later when talking about the sequel to Lively's film. "He meets expectations and exceeds them," says Deadpool. "They sure don't get three," Weasel's character (T.J. Miller) replies before Deadpool finishes off the whole thing: "No, what for? Stand on two, which is the D-."
