The Avengers have once again shown that there are unions that are not forgotten, and that is that the union of Scarlett Johansson, Chris Evans, Jeremy Renner, Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, and Mark Ruffalo is still going strong after saying goodbye to their Marvel roles.

After Jeremy Renner's serious accident in January where he broke more than 30 bones, it was almost a miracle that he survived and undoubtedly worried his friends and colleagues a lot.

Scarlett has recounted how she experienced the news, which "affected her a lot." "In the Avengers group we were like, 'OK, you beat us all. That's it. You win,'" says the actress, when they saw that her prognosis improved. "It's real superhero stuff, it's amazing," she adds, impressed.

Johansson also recounts that she and Chris Evans, friends for many years, anxiously flew together to see Renner while he was recovering.

"There weren't even tears. It was all laughter and hugs and smiles. Leave it to Jeremy to take something so potentially tragic and turn it into something so inspiring," says the 'Black Widow' actress proudly, although she acknowledges that she was more emotional.

"Honestly I was so happy to see him. I didn't know if I'd ever see him again, but to find him getting better and in such an amazing headspace... He's a very spiritual person in general, and you can see it in his work. It transpires. It has so much depth, and I was just happy to see that it was still full of life and light, and also that you part with it. We had a lot of laughs," Scarlett recalls fondly.

There's no question that the Avengers Six are still family and living up to their tattoo together, even if Mark Ruffalo refused to get it!
