Dua Lipa looks unrecognizable without her trademark bushy dark brows on the magazine's September cover. The singer appears with completely bleached eyebrows and her new look has already caused a stir on social networks.
The singer wears a leather jacket with an oversized suede collar pulled up around the neck and on either side of her face. Her long black hair is slicked back and her makeup is minimal to further emphasize the bleached brows.
Her naturally dark brows have been lightened to nearly invisible and her lashes are super pale too. "Dua Lipa, like you've never seen her before," the magazine announced on Instagram when sharing the September cover.
In more photos from her September shoot, Dua Lipa keeps her brows bleached and wears them in an updo and a defined contour, the ideal contrast to the oversized suits and jackets from designers like Courrege and Givenchy in her collection.
In another shot, Dua Lipa appears in a black wig with bangs, but she keeps her eyebrows bleached. The photos were taken by photographer Mert Alas and are a far cry from the singer's usual glossy and glamorous aesthetic.
