The film became a family film classic of the 90s, remembered above all thanks to the double role of Lindsay Lohan. The actress played two twin sisters separated since her birth after the breakup of her parents, but who meet again at a summer camp, seeing the perfect opportunity to reunite her parents' marriage. A charming comedy in which Lohan has made it clear that she has good memories.

The actress has referenced the film in her latest Instagram post, where she recreated a photo she took during a break from filming the film. In the original snapshot from the late '90s, Lohan held her brother Dakota in front of London's Big Ben.

The brothers have decided to imitate the original photograph but change the roles, now it is Dakota Lohan who carries Lindsay in her arms. "Now and before," the actress wrote next to this publication on Instagram, making a comparison between the two images that were taken in the same place, and where she was wearing quite similar clothes.

Their mother Dina Lohan commented in reaction to this image, adding: "The full circle of my angels," along with two heart emojis.

Lindsay Lohan seems to be in a good personal moment. The interpreter said 'I do' at the beginning of July, in a ceremony that was held secretly, together with her husband, Barder Shammas. You can see more details about this union in the video that we leave you at the beginning of the news.

The photograph from which this touching moment is based had not seen the light of day until a year ago when the actress shared it on her networks to congratulate Dakota on her 25th birthday. The image was accompanied by the message:

"Happy birthday! I love you so much, Dakota! I feel so blessed to be your big sister. I wish you the best of birthdays! I love you."

Although this is not the first time that the actress recovers an image from this classic Disney movie for her social networks. She also remembered the birthday of her fictional mother, actress Natasha Richarson. Unfortunately, actor Liam Neeson's partner died in 2009 due to brain death. In the image, you can see Lohan looking admiringly at Richarson.

Her good memories of the experience of filming this film are very present in her life. In fact, Lindsay Lohan once declared to Nancy Meyers (director of the film), through a comment on Instagram that she felt 'You to London and I to California' was: "The opportunity of a lifetime for her.". A precious memory of her beginnings that is complemented by this charming photograph with her beloved little brother.
