Reports of Pitt's anger come on the heels of a recent legal setback in the shared custody case with Jolie. The shared custody decision, annulled in July due to the disqualification of the private judge, John Ouderkirk, led to the children returning to Jolie's custody. Despite Pitt's appeal to a Californian high court being denied, his representatives clarified that the denial was based on a "technical procedural issue," and they pledged to continue pursuing legal avenues.
