Before Meghan married Prince Harry she dedicated herself to building an acting career in the United States. Despite appearing as a supporting character in a couple of series and a competition show, Meghan Markle gained popularity thanks to the series “Suits,” in which she played Rachel Zane.
The series is about a successful law firm in which the main character is Mike (Patrick J. Adams), who decides to leave his career and somehow manages to work within this prestigious firm. There he meets Rachel (Meghan Markle), who is also an extremely successful lawyer.
During the series “Suits”, Rachel and Mike begin a romantic relationship that ends in engagement, however, Meghan Markle left the series as her relationship with Harry became more serious and they ended up getting married.
To justify Meghan Markle's departure, the direction of the series “Suits” decided to establish that she and Mike had moved to Seattle to start their own firm together.
