Kate Middleton, now 42, wore an Alexander McQueen dress on her big day. The Princess of Wales has three children; Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, 8, and Prince Louis, 6.
William and Middleton married in April 2011, six months after their engagement. The couple began dating in 2002 after meeting at the University of St. Andrews.
Kate is currently undergoing chemotherapy treatment after she announced that she was diagnosed with cancer. The disease was discovered when Middleton underwent abdominal surgery in January, but she waited until March to report her condition publicly.
"William and I have been doing our best to process and manage this privately for the sake of our young family. It has taken us time to explain everything in a way that is appropriate for them," she explained in her announcement last month.
The revelation came amid a flurry of speculation about Kate Middleton's whereabouts and well-being after she stepped back from public life in January and posted a photoshopped photo on Mother's Day two months later.
When a photograph of William at a farm stand was later published, many were convinced that a double had been used.
As for how William and Middleton are spending their special day amid his battle with cancer, The Post reported that the future king plans to "host a candlelight dinner."
