Princess Katherine was seen out on her own in London's Notting Hill this week, visiting Finlay & Co. Opticians to shop for glasses.
Wrapped up warmly in a long coat and a checked scarf, she carried an £850 Smythson Mini Ludlow crossbody bag. Meanwhile, Prince William was in Monaco on Tuesday, cheering on Aston Villa during their match. During her visit to the optician, Princess Katherine was photographed entering the shop and engaging in conversation with a sales assistant.
Finlay & Co., an independent eyewear boutique specializing in sunglasses and spectacles, first opened in 2019 and has since expanded with a second location in Soho. The store has received glowing customer reviews, with one patron describing it as the best optician they had experienced in 40 years.
This is not the first time the down-to-earth princess has been seen running everyday errands. In the past, she has been spotted shopping at budget retailer The Range and browsing children’s Halloween costumes at Sainsbury’s, demonstrating her relatable approach to royal life.
