She’s Not My Level! Gwyneth Paltrow BLOCKS Meghan Markle & Spills Truth About Their Fake Friendship

Meghan, you need to pick up the phone and call Gwyneth—yes, Gwyneth, that’s her name—and tell her to be quiet, because this situation is a disaster.

She’s Not My Level! Gwyneth Paltrow BLOCKS Meghan Markle & Spills Truth About Their Fake Friendship

It's beyond messy. Remember when Meghan Markle orchestrated that fake feud video for her Archetypes brand during its launch? It was completely fabricated—OG Douche, OG Snake, all of it staged. And now, Gwyneth Paltrow, who clearly has no filter, has come forward essentially admitting they aren’t even close. She literally said they have a “text friendship,” which is a polished way of admitting they barely know each other at all.

Back in April, when this was all unraveling, I pointed out that Gwyneth got played. Meghan used her—plain and simple—for her Archetypes promo. The feud was staged, a performance. And now Gwyneth has gone public saying she doesn’t really know Meghan. That’s confirmation. Meghan set the whole thing up, and Gwyneth went along, probably unaware of how she was being manipulated. But make no mistake—she was used. Meghan pulled her in, created an image of closeness that simply wasn't real.

Now Gwyneth herself is saying they haven’t spent much time together. Meghan, if you’re paying attention, now would be a good time to call Gwyneth—yes, OG Douche—and kindly ask her to stop talking. The whole premise of their connection was that they were close, tight, besties. Turns out, they aren’t. That narrative doesn’t hold up anymore. And that's exactly what I said when I first covered this—Meghan Markle used Gwyneth Paltrow for PR. There’s nothing genuine there.

That “we have a text friendship so far” quote? Please. She added that she’s been traveling a lot, as if that explains why they haven’t met. But come on. Meghan went to her house. If they really wanted to spend time together, they would have. That excuse doesn’t work. The whole situation came to light at something called the Mind Valley Manifesting Summit in Los Angeles on May 17th. Very on-brand for Meghan, right? Mind Valley Manifesting? Sounds exactly like the kind of thing these wealthy people lean into, acting like their success is all about “manifesting” instead of acknowledging their privilege. They say, “I manifested this life,” when in reality, they're just rich. Manifesting had nothing to do with it.

And then there’s the bit where Gwyneth says, “I don’t like it when people try to pit women against each other.” Excuse me? That feud didn’t come out of nowhere. Meghan created it. She orchestrated the whole thing for the media. If Gwyneth wants to talk about not liking when women are pitted against one another, she should take a look at who set it all in motion. It was Meghan. She's the one who manufactured that narrative in the press. So let’s not pretend this was anything other than what it really was: calculated, curated PR using someone else’s name—and now, it’s unraveling in real time.
