O’Sullivan pointed out that the previous season was full of praise for Meghan, with constant remarks about how “wonderful” and “marvelous” she was. He admitted he still couldn’t figure out who the target audience for the series was. With a jab at the Duchess, he speculated that it seemed aimed at an older demographic, joking, “It looks to me like they’re assuming the minimum age for anyone interested in this domestic goddess drivel is about 93. It’s so old-fashioned, so middle-aged at best. She’s certainly not chasing a young audience, is she?”
The discussion wrapped up after Schofield added her own view, saying, “I made this point during the first season — everything she’s doing could be condensed into a 60-second TikTok video and would attract far more attention and far more viewers.”
