Gynecologist Bryan L. Yingling says that the absence of estrogen causes the br3@$ts to become less firm, lose their shape, and shrink, just like the ducts and mammary glands.
However, just because it is the most common symptom does not mean that it is the only one. According to a study by the International Health Foundation, one in five women experience an increase in the size of her boobs after menopause. The reason? Gain weight.
