Dua Lipa's diet

The singer has said that when it comes to her diet in general, she tries to eat as many whole, healthy foods as possible, according to the Magazine.

But clarifying that she does not intend to avoid certain foods as much as possible, as in the case of sweets, but that she seeks an adequate balance between healthy foods, vitamins, occasional sweets, and regular exercises, she returns to the Body and Soul portal.

These are some guidelines that she follows.

Breakfast usually consists of eggs or fruit, and she prefers cashew butter and a banana before her workouts.

Lunch consists of a chicken salad with lots of vegetables and cold juice.

Dinner includes more fresh vegetables and salad with fish, but she usually “saves room” after dinner for something sweet.

Dua Lipa's exercise routine

At this point, it is important to clarify that Dua Lipa prefers exercises focused on the abdomen, such as 'bicycle crunches' and leg lifts, as explained by the Body and Soul portal.

In an interview with Viva, she said that she liked to do something quick and short, like 15 minutes of HIIT, before starting her day.

However, she has also said that to stay in shape she likes to do activities such as spinning classes, boxing, yoga, and Pilates.

She highly recommends boxing as a good way to relieve stress: “I like to do it to stay fit and I like to do it just to clear my mind. I really enjoy it. I like that it's definitely a full-body workout. Since I started boxing, I've probably been in the best shape of my life," added the singer for the Beauty Crew portal.
