Due to the state in which Matthew was, his dialogues in many of the scenes of "Saving Sara" were not heard well, but Elizabeth stated that upon his return from the clinic, the actor added her voice to all those sequences. “That was a little difficult, but upon his return he was fabulous. He was obviously going through a difficult time, but he was still very charming and a lovely person to work with, but you could tell he was suffering."
