Hilaria Baldwin has offered a sincere interview where she is honest about her motherhood, she assures that she does not expect to have more children with Alec Baldwin and talks about the cruelty of the criticism they have been receiving for years.
Actor Alec Baldwin and his wife Hilaria Baldwin are one of the most popular couples in Hollywood and their relationship has become much stronger in recent years.
Both have been a great support after the numerous public criticisms they have faced in recent years. The most important and high-profile one was when Alec Baldwin accidentally killed his partner Halyna Hutchins during the filming of the movie 'Rust', which occurred in October 2021.
But not everything has revolved around Alec since Hilaria starred in one of the most curious controversies in Hollywood when she was accused of having lied about her Spanish origins, his accent and actually being from Boston and not from Mallorca. Even big celebrities like Amy Schumer and Salma Hayek were very hard on her and claimed that Baldwin lied to them and assured them that she was from Spain.
The couple's relationship began in 2011 and just a year later they got married. From the first moment, the couple was clear that they wanted to start a large family and that is how it ended up being, as we can see in the video above. Now they are a family of 9 with 7 children that they share, all with very Spanish names: Carmen Gabriela, 9 years old, Rafael Thomas, 7, Leonardo, 6, Romeo Alejandro, 4, Eduardo Pau, 2, María Lucía, 1 and the youngest of the family, Ilaria Catalina, who was born in September 2022.
Now, Hilaria Baldwin has appeared on the cover of 'Romper magazine and has stated that "it is ridiculous to be cruel to another person", words that come just after the latest criticism she received from Amy Schumer during the stand-up from Netflix titled 'Emergency Contact'. The comedian revived the story of her fake accent and joked during her monologue that "Hilaria from Spain is actually Hillary from Boston" and declared: "This woman is not Spanish at all. Her parents are not from Spain. Nobody in her life is from Spain".
During the interview, Hilaria also talked about her family and how chaotic it can be to live in a house with 7 children. She also made clear something we were all eager to know: "Ilaria will definitely and completely be my last baby" although she admitted that she doesn't take birth control because it makes her feel "horrible" and "depressed."
"Giving birth is like going down a very scary water slide. And then you get to the bottom and say, 'I want to do it again.'" And if anyone knows, it's Hilaria Baldwin," the magazine wrote on her Instagram account, accompanied by a photo of Baldwin posing smiling with all of her children.
Baldwin also confessed an anecdote about his gynecologist: "Every time I give birth to a baby, my gynecologist writes down the name of a urologist on a Post-it so we can have a vasectomy and I take it home to Alec. But He hasn't done it yet."
Hilaria has also spoken about the criticism the couple has received since they have been together: "At first people thought 'she must have problems with her father being married to someone so old.'" But she assures that these types of comments have not conditioned their relationship in any way: "I think a lot of attention is paid to negativity. There is always positive news, there are always positive people. So it's a matter of leaning on that."
"I have to remind myself that I have my group of friends who are always looking out for me," she stressed: "We will always be grateful to the people who lift us up and support us in difficult times." And that can be something as close as someone in our family, one of our closest friends, or even someone on the street giving us a random hug or saying something nice to us."
