The divorce of Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth was tainted by rumors about the actor's alleged infidelities that increased when the singer released the song, Flowers. Jennifer Lawrence was one of the celebrities who was involved in this whole story when many pointed out her as one of the possible culprits for the couple's breakup.
Many Miley fans were convinced that she had an affair with her Hunger Games co-star before he officially split from her. However, Jennifer Lawrence clarified that she was not the third party in the relationship.

The Oscar-winning actress denied having an affair with her former co-star during her appearance on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen. When allowed to clear up rumors that Hemsworth cheated on Cyrus with her, Lawrence said she would "love to respond" to the "affair" accusation.
“It's not true,” said the 32-year-old actress. "Full rumour." However, Lawrence said that while she and Hemsworth "kissed once" off-screen, it was "years later" that the couple split.
Regarding rumors that Cyrus made a reference to Lawrence in her Flowers music video by wearing a gold dress reminiscent of the look the actress wore during the premiere of The Hunger Games, Lawrence also denied it.
“I guess it was a coincidence,” said the star, who married gallerist Cooke Maroney in 2019, before asking viewers if they were “satisfied” with her response.
Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus' relationship
Cyrus and Hemsworth began dating in 2009 after co-starring in The Last Song and were in an on-again, off-again relationship until their wedding in December 2018.
In August of the following year, the Hannah Montana actress announced her separation from Hemsworth, and the Australian filed for divorce 11 days later. The divorce was finalized in January 2020, and Hemsworth has since moved on with model Gabriella Brooks.
