Jennifer Aniston's last three films, namely "Wanderlust," "Horrible Bosses," and "Just Go With It," were produced at a cost of $93 million each. However, their combined box office earnings amounted to just $450 million. In stark contrast, "Iron Man 3," with a production cost of $122 million, raked in a substantial $741 million in revenue.
Topping the list of most overrated actors was Adam Sandler, who commands approximately $10 million per film, followed closely by Katherine Heigl and Reese Witherspoon. In previous years, notable names such as Eddie Murphy, Drew Barrymore, and Nicole Kidman have occupied the number one spot on this list of actors who struggle to match their salaries with box office success.
