This legal document strictly prohibits guests from taking pictures during the event and sharing any content on social media platforms. Furthermore, the agreement grants Chyna and Tyga the authority to "inspect and confiscate" electronic devices such as cellphones, Apple Watches, and tablets brought to the occasion.

Additionally, any form of "disparaging statements oral or written" about Tyga is strictly forbidden, with severe financial penalties outlined for those who violate these terms. Fans expressed their disbelief and criticism on social media, questioning the necessity of such extreme measures.

In response to the public outcry, individuals took to social media platforms, including X (formerly known as Twitter), to express their astonishment and disapproval of the exorbitant NDA requirement.

Fans speculated about the undisclosed reasons behind such stringent measures, with some expressing reluctance to attend an event with such restrictive conditions. Others questioned the financial motives behind this decision, suggesting that the former couple might be facing financial challenges.

Despite this legal drama, Blac Chyna and Tyga recently reached a custody agreement for King. While maintaining joint legal custody, the physical custody arrangement involves King primarily residing with his father.

The custody agreement outlines specific visitation schedules, with Blac Chyna not receiving any child support from Tyga. Both parents have agreed not to speak negatively about each other in the child's presence, and they expect their respective families and friends to adhere to this order.

The custody battle began in the summer when Blac Chyna sought increased visitation time and higher child support payments, citing financial struggles. The 35-year-old, also a parent to daughter Dream Kardashian with ex Rob Kardashian, emphasized the importance of co-parenting in recent statements.

She expressed a focus on her children's well-being and happiness, emphasizing that time heals and people change. Despite past challenges, Chyna remains optimistic about her kids' resilience and intelligence, emphasizing their positive experiences in both households.
