Dakota Johnson has said that she is not part of the group chat created by Madame Web's colleagues, Sydney Sweeney, Celeste O'Connor and Isabela Merced and has confessed that she does not think it is convenient for her to be in it either.
The release of Madame Web in theaters is just around the corner. On February 14, the spin-off of the Spiderman Universe will see the light of day after many months of work by the entire team. Its protagonist, Dakota Johnson, has been seen in numerous interviews about this new project that has made her try a new film genre.
The interpreter made headlines a few days ago for recounting her bad experience filming the latest episode of The Office. Sincerely and laughing at how she fared, she told a program about everything that happened to her. Characterized by that sincerity of hers, Dakota has now once again flaunted not mincing words by making a new confession.
In an interview for E News, the Cassandra Webb interpreter has confessed that she believes that her Madame Web colleagues, actresses Sydney Sweeney, Celeste O'Connor and Isabela Merced, have left her out of her group chat.
"I don't think they include me. I'm older than them and they make sure I'm aware of that," Dakota acknowledged.
In addition, she wanted to joke about the subject by saying that they should not include her in the chat and that, although there was a very good dynamic between them while they were filming, being a millennial can "certainly" be the real reason why she is outside that group made up of people of Generation Z.
Sydney is 26 years old, Celeste is 25 and Isabel is 22, while Johnson is 34 years old. The name of the group itself can be a differentiating element between generations. Apparently, the three actresses who are part of it had already confessed that their chat is called "The Boo Crew", which refers to the group of their characters in the comic's history.
Despite this age difference, the entire cast got along wonderfully during filming and Dakota has said that there was a "brotherly dynamic." Sydney Sweeney herself has said about Dakota in another interview: "I've been a fan of hers since she was much younger." Additionally, she added that she was "down to earth" and that she was "honest and calm."
That admiration appears to be mutual, as the Fifty Shades of Gray actress has said of Sweeney: "She's an incredible actress and she really has an incredible work ethic."
Isabela, for her part, has described Dakota as "an older sister." Perhaps in those words lies the key to the fact that the protagonist of Madame Web is not part of "The Boo Crew", although that does not seem to affect her in the least while she waits for the film's release, to see its reception and if it is liked by the fandom of Marvel.
