The Oscar-winning actor will also pay other payments, according to new court documents obtained by Insider.
The renowned actor Al Pacino, at 83 years old, is in the center of media attention after becoming a father for the fourth time, committing to pay a considerable sum of $30,000 a month to support his son.
This news comes after his separation from Noor Alfallah, the mother of the artist's last child, a 29-year-old girl. In September, Noor requested full custody of the baby, triggering a legal process that finally reached an agreement this week.
The courts have ratified Al Pacino's child custody agreement, establishing that the actor must pay $30,000 a month for child support. However, this figure could increase depending on his annual income, potentially reaching $90,000 per month.
In addition to the monthly payments, an initial payment of $110,000 and annual deposits of $15,000 were agreed upon in an education fund for the boy, Román. Likewise, the American actor was already covering the costs of a night nurse and all medical expenses not covered by the child's insurance.
Regarding the custody and care of the minor, shared custody was established, where Noor will have primary physical custody while Al Pacino will have visitation. Both parents will collaborate on important decisions related to the child's schooling and extracurricular activities.
