Meghan Markle ROASTED! 'Nobody Likes You' At Turning Point USA Convention in Detroit

Since she and Prince Harry relocated to California in 2020, their relationship with the American public has been mixed. Although recent popularity polls indicate an upward trend, this sentiment was not evident at the convention. Right-wing attendees made their distaste for the Duchess clear.

One attendee told Steve Edington on GBN America, "I really don't like her." She elaborated, "Being a conservative, I think she stands for too many liberal things in life. I don't like how she presented the British royal family. I know Americans aren't supposed to be sympathetic to the Royals, but they maintain a certain class and conservative values that we should appreciate. I don't like that she tried to tear that apart."

Another attendee criticized Meghan primarily for her Hollywood background, saying, "I don't have a lot of high esteem for a lot of those Hollywood stars. When you're behind the curtain, you get to see how they really are. There's a lot of nonsense that goes on."

A third person commented, "I don't know much about her. I don't look up to her like I would look up to Princess Kate." Meghan's criticism of the royal family was a key sticking point for one conservative who felt the Duchess caused unnecessary commotion and drama.

Amid these sentiments, there are reports that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are considering returning to the United Kingdom. According to British socialite Lizzie Cundy, doing so would only prove that their popularity in the United States has declined. Cundy, a TV personality and former wife of footballer Jason Cundy, elaborated on the reports that the Sussexes might return to the UK four years after they quit their royal duties and moved to California. She questioned whether the British people would still welcome them, stating, "It kind of beggars belief because they were the ones who wanted to leave so desperately. They wanted their own life, eating avocados and doing yoga on the Californian beaches. This is a sign that they've lost all popularity in the States. Who would have thought?"

Cundy also mentioned rumors that Markle had plans to run for president in the United States. "Meghan thought that she was going to be the next president over there, the way she was behaving and speaking," Cundy said. However, she felt that the Sussexes had lost faith in this potential.

Regarding the potential return of the Sussexes to the UK, Cundy noted that they could do so if they wanted, but it was unclear how the locals would welcome them after their actions against the royal family. Additionally, she is convinced that Prince Harry and Markle are finding their way back to the Royals because the latter is their ticket to making money. "I don't know how they'll be welcomed back here, but they know the way they make their money is through the royal family," she continued. "They've lost everything to do with the royal family, so being back in England is the only way forward."

Cundy also added that Prince Harry could be in trouble if Donald Trump won the presidency. The former president had already said that he would take appropriate actions regarding Harry's US visa if reelected, and the latter would not get any special privileges.
