It has been revealed what the Queen Consort told King Charles to continue on the throne.
In an unexpected situation, King Charles was about to resign his position in the British Crown, however, his wife, Queen Consort Camilla Parker, prevented that from happening. According to sources close to Buckingham Palace, Camilla urged her husband to fight for the throne and not give up.
The reason behind this apparently unusual situation would have been the advanced age of both King Charles and the Queen Consort, which would have led them to consider that Prince William would be a better option to occupy the throne. However, Queen Parker was not willing to give in so easily.
According to reports from Vanity Fair, a poll was recently published in the British press where about half of the citizens of the United Kingdom showed a preference for Prince William as the future king, instead of his father. This would have caused even more tensions in Camilla, who always longed to be the queen of England.
Furthermore, the recent broadcast of the BBC film "Charles III", in which Kate Middleton is portrayed plotting to unseat her husband from her throne, would have added fuel to the fire. In one of the scenes, the queen consort is shown slapping Prince William, which sparked even more controversy.
In the midst of this whole situation, Camila Parker seems willing to do whatever it takes to make sure that her husband gives up on the idea despite his recent illness and continues her reign.
