It would not have any more significance if it were not for the fact that the letter is dedicated to his wife, one of the most famous actresses in the world, Nicole Kidman.
After twelve years of marriage, the singer now reveals the most details of his relationship with the Australian artist. Urban confesses that the couple still has a very fiery love life. In the first single from his new album Gemini (Gemini), he talks about what happens in his marriage bed.
The controversy arose after the first listeners heard the lyrics. "She is a maniac in bed, but very cerebral", began the musician. “And I know that everyone knows that she is both of those things,” he adds. Everything that follows is in the same line, not very successful in the opinion of some. "She looks amazing in that dress, but she's gorgeous even when she's a mess." And then he caps it off: "She gets me up in the middle of the night to make love."

Speaking to the Daily Telegraph tabloid, the Nashville musician says "It's just a simple, fun, song about my wife." Still, he admits that his first reaction was: "I don't know if I should say that." But his lyricist helped him make up his mind after he asked her to describe the actress. “She is a Gemini, but she is not contradictory. He can with everything ”, he finished.
Urban says that once upon a time he wouldn't have felt good writing those things, but now he doesn't feel that way anymore. "If I think all that about her, what's the problem?"
The couple, who married in 2006 and have two daughters, Sunday Rose and Faith, Margaret, always shows that she can be very much in love after 12 years of relationship.
